Confirmation
In order to help those who have received Communion to be Confirmed into the Anglican Church, a course is offered, as needed, for anyone 12 years of age or older. We will also be taking some short trips to experience worship in other churches in Red Deer as part of the confirmation experience and preparation. When a baptized person is old enough to understand the responsibilities of being a Christian, they may choose confirmation. Please contact the Church office if you are interested in having your child or yourself confirmed.
Confirmation is a traditional way of personally confirming the promises made when we were baptized. Confirmation is a publicly announcement about your personal commitment to growing as a member of the church. The Bishop also is in attendance at this event.
